At Tactical, our aim is to provide cost effective soft FM services to a range of commercial clients in the public and private sector.

Working with partners we specialise in recruitment and provide agency staff nationwide 24/7.

HISTORY
The company was founded in 2018 by Henry Matthews and Shane Jury, having gone from strength to strength, the pair now successfully run a growing business consisting of four different departments and a large workforce.
The pair have a soft FM background with their previous employers and have since used their wealth of knowledge to implement a consistent and professional service to their client base in all sectors.
